Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA): a scientific and personalised approach
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is a scientifically validated approach, recognized internationally and by the HAS, for supporting neurodivergent individuals. This method is grounded in the principles of human learning and behavior.
Our support is built around structured and individualized interventions, allowing each person to develop their skills at their own pace, in a safe and stimulating environment. We place a strong emphasis on positive reinforcement and celebrating achievements, creating a motivating and respectful learning dynamic.
What we can work on together
ABA can target a wide range of skills, based on each person's needs and priorities:
How it works in practice
Every support journey begins with a thorough assessment to better understand the person's profile, strengths, and needs. From there, we build together an individualized intervention plan with concrete, measurable goals.
Progress is monitored regularly using data, allowing us to adjust strategies over time and ensure that the support remains relevant and effective.
The role of parents
Parents are essential partners. You know your child better than anyone — and it is that knowledge that guides our work. We support you so that the strategies learned during sessions can naturally be integrated into daily life, at home, at school, and in the community. Generalization of skills starts with you.
The values that guide our daily practice
Every programme is personalised and respectful of each person's pace
Goals tailored to each individual's specific needs
Continuous follow-up to measure progress and adjust interventions
Development of social skills
Improvement in communication
Gaining autonomy
Development of adapted behaviors
Building on strengths and celebrating achievements
A first meeting allows us to better understand the needs, strengths, and goals of the person and their family. It can take place in person or via videoconference.
Assessment sessions are then scheduled with the family to carry out the recommended evaluation. Following analysis of the results, we develop together a personalized program with concrete, measurable goals, tailored to the identified needs.
Regular intervention sessions are put in place, with data collected at each session to ensure rigorous progress monitoring. Parent guidance is integrated into sessions to support the generalization of skills in daily life. Coordination with the educational team can also be arranged if needed.
Progress is analyzed regularly and strategies adjusted according to the person's development. Sessions are regularly supervised by the ACC-A, ensuring the quality and rigor of the support. Follow-up meetings with the family allow us to review progress, share observations, and ensure consistency between sessions and daily life.
